Everyday a death flashes across a television screen related to drunk driving.
A mother watches in disbelief which prompts her to hug her child a little tighter while thanking God for sparing her child.

There are supporters who will give the shirt off their back to help make a difference after their heart fills with empathy.
The world is full of good-hearted souls… To those supporters we say THANK YOU.

Here at the Daily Foundation, we are driven by a different motivation.
We don’t just empathize for the victims of drunk driving; we are the victims.

We didn’t adopt the pain from the darkness which flashed across the tv screen; we were born in it.

Every emotion has been felt…experienced…justified…unforeseen…dissected…harnessed…even questioned.
We crawled through Hell to get to Heaven…We battled through adversity to reach understanding…

We know your pain. The hopelessness to accept change. The tears held back every time you heard their name.
We are here because we are chosen… Chosen to represent for each name on this wall.

This is our WHY….
God’s light is my salvation… He spared my life so that I can spare the next generation…
